Ticket Policies:
Refunds & Exchanges: All sales are final; we do not offer refunds on tickets. If you are unable to attend a production, notify the Box Office to exchange your tickets or request your order to be processed as a donation for tax-deductible donation receipt. Ticket exchanges are available for a $3 transfer fee. All exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of purchased performance, and can only be transferred to a performance of the same title, pending availability. No exchanges for special events, presentations, or Live at the Square performances.
Changes & Cancellations: Performance titles, dates, and times are subject to change or cancellation.
