Young Minnesota Playwrights Festival
Celebrate the next generation of theatrical voices at the 2026 Young Minnesota Playwrights Festival, presented in partnership with Young Minnesota Playwrights and Park Square Theatre.
Featuring six original one-act plays by Minnesota playwrights, this inspiring festival showcases new work developed through mentorship with local theatre professionals and brought to life on the Park Square stage.

The first in a series of five world premieres by acclaimed and local playwright Jeffrey Hatcher, this witty new mystery is set in a butler’s school for the very rich, ushering in a new era of commissioned work at Park Square.
