Shakespeare’s enduring tragedy investigates the motivations and mayhem at the heart of power-grabbing. Consumed by ambition and spurred to action by his wife, Macbeth schemes and murders his way to the throne in this haunting tale of prophecy, guilt and paranoia. Set against a shattered mirror, this taut production reveals leadership derailed by self image, equivocation, and seeing things that aren’t really there. Please Note: This production depicts scenes of violence using stage blood.

FROM THE DIRECTOR & ADAPTOR:

“It’s amazing to me that Shakespeare’s 400-year-old language speaks to our political climate with such brutal parallels.”
– Jef Hall-Flavin

WHY GO? The blood sport of politics comes to life while experiencing this Shakespeare classic in the intimacy of the Andy Boss Thrust Stage.
